UpDATE 29October2009: JVG Has and Still Is Undergoing Huge Changes in its Model!

- Two days of complete school closures

Norman (JVG Founder)held another *webinar today* and had Michelle Frost from
Eruptik as a guest
- The following are my notes

Instead of writing text to further explain the Phases, check out the
attachment I saved
from today's webinar. JPEG format. Notice another change from Tuesday's
webinar
- Winalite will apparently fall in after Phase 2 - before Phase 3
- Winalite will have an entry fee and an autoship so it will now be under
the JVG umbrella

*Phase 1 Starts NOW:* - Should be finished Wednesday, 4 Nov 2009
Everything will soon (if not already) be frozen in our Back Offices
- No more sign ups, commissions etc
- Eruptik will be working on the software changes
-- $68 versus 195/245
-- Protein is Life
-- Shopping Cart
-- Product Orders/Shipment info etc.
- 4 Commissions Structures as depicted in the attachment
-- JVG Associate, Senior Associate, Partner and Consultant
- Adding Solid Trust Pay/Alert Pay (for now)

JVG is working on a Merchant Account to take Credit Card payments
- But for now, it will be Alert Pay and Solid Trust Pay only
-- If not a member of these free processors, I advise to get accounts now

I have been using these processors for years, just business online
- Norman was *vehemently unhappy* with Pay Pal and will *NEVER* use them
again

Norman will be recording two new overview calls today; will soon be placed
on our websites

PBMS is also frozen; current members will see no further changes and will
not be billed an autoship
until massive changes are completed...expect months

Invisus (Family Safe-n-Secure) is also frozen; No more live service for
members
- JVG is finalizing negotiations for integration and autoships

Tuesday's webinar should be posted in our Back Office very soon

AAPs (Automated Application Program) formerly MAPs is a HUGE priority
- Everyone will be taken care of...and then some according to Norman
- Personal letters being written and sent to everyone that purchased an
AAP/MAP by Norman himself
- Eventually, AAPs may be replaced by an Automated Prospecting System;
apparently MUCH better for members

OK, that's about it. As Norman reiterated....no questions yet but a Q&A
session is forthcoming.

So sit tight and know that the New JVG is coming and should be Stronger than
ever!
